After Ennis cut up the chicken he fried it. He’d been watching this how to video on how to use your dutch oven to fry things. Naturally, an experiment was born.

Whisking the milk and egg yolks into a nice froth.

A nice, long milk bath for the chicken.
Applying a thick coat of flour and assorted spices. 
 End result: hillocks of breaded chicken.
Heating the oil. Frying the chicken. I kinda like the before and after shot.
 
But I like this one even more: 
Tip: when frying in a dutch oven start on the stove top until it gets a nice golden brown and then drain the oil and bake covered at 350 until chicken is finished, about 30 min.
